Where maintenance coverage is offered, it is handled as a fixed term. SBG Software Services does not use automatic maintenance renewal or automatic maintenance charges.
Refund, cancellation, delivery, ownership, and support terms depend on the specific engagement and are disclosed in the exact proposal or agreement presented before payment authorization.
