By accessing or using the services provided by SBG Compliance Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SBG Compliance Services, LLC governing your use of our regulatory compliance, filing, and registration services.

SBG Compliance Services, LLC provides trucking and transportation regulatory compliance assistance, including but not limited to:

• IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) filings
• UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) registration
• BOC-3 process agent filings
• MCS-150 updates and biennial updates
• New Authority Applications
• DOT Audit preparation and support
• Fleet Compliance Plan subscriptions

Our services are designed to assist clients in meeting their federal and state regulatory obligations. We do not provide legal advice, and our services do not constitute legal representation.

SBG Compliance Services, LLC is committed to excellence and accuracy in all filings, submissions, and compliance activities performed on your behalf. We employ diligent processes, experienced staff, and current regulatory knowledge to ensure the highest standard of service.

However, the accuracy and completeness of any filing, registration, or compliance action is inherently dependent on the information provided by the Client. The Client bears ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information submitted to SBG Compliance Services, LLC. We are not liable for errors, omissions, penalties, fines, or regulatory actions arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely information furnished by the Client.

Regulatory requirements change frequently. While we strive to stay current with all applicable laws and regulations, the Client is encouraged to maintain awareness of their compliance obligations and notify us of any changes to their operations promptly.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for service fulfillment
• Notify SBG Compliance Services, LLC promptly of any changes to your business, fleet, or operational status
• Review all completed filings and documents for accuracy before submission where applicable
• Maintain all required federal, state, and local operating authorities and permits independently
• Pay all applicable government filing fees, taxes, and regulatory fees separately, as those are not included in SBG Compliance Services, LLC fees

Service fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Government filing fees, state fees, and third-party costs are billed separately and are not included in our service pricing unless expressly stated.

For subscription plans, fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the beginning of each billing cycle.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. SBG Compliance Services, LLC does not store your payment card information.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• No refunds are issued once a service has been initiated or performed
• When self-service billing controls are available, subscription cancellation may be scheduled through the client dashboard; if the dashboard cannot confirm the request, contact SBG Compliance Services for assistance
• When Stripe confirms a subscription cancellation, renewal is scheduled to stop at the end of the current paid billing period; subscription access remains available through that paid period, and no partial refund is issued for unused time within it

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SBG Compliance Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, fines, loss of operating authority, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

The Client acknowledges that ultimate compliance responsibility rests with the Client and that SBG Compliance Services, LLC acts in an administrative and support capacity only.

All content, materials, processes, and systems on this platform are the intellectual property of SBG Compliance Services, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SBG Compliance Services, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
